    Thank you, for your assistance.

    Drafting the will:

    The solicitor did NOT provide, my friend, with a client care letter and terms and conditions, at the outset.

    However, after a couple of weeks, my friend, received the following, all together, in the same, one email.

    • Terms and conditions
    • Draft mirror wills
    • Invoice


    QUESTIONS: Invoice settlement

    As the terms and conditions, were not presented at the outset, to my friend:

    1. Is my friend, liable for the invoice?

    2. Can the solicitor, instigate court action, against, my friend to recover the outstanding bill?
