  • Car court order

Hi just looking for advice really, i went to trade my car back in sept/Oct but got refused the finance through Santander, to trade in my Sportage for a ceed GT....
long story short my pcp ended in feb and I didn’t hand the car back, I use it for work..... I rang Santander *to come an agreement but basically got laughed out.....

fast forward to now have a telephone court hearing, so just wondering what my rights are or basically is there no point me answering the phone?? It’s the last of my money in the car my credit rating got ruined when I left my husband hence refinance got refused & my deposit in the car is about 16k, and feel so sick having to hand it back with no car and nothing to show for it and no car
I appealed the declined finance at the time but still got turned down, would of been my 3rd Kia with them. I’ve never missed a payment but my ex husband ruined my credit. What will actually happen and how long after the court phone call will they come get the car!? It’s in my locked garage at home

    many thanks
