PROPERTY lease didnt sell

Hi all anyone out there having problems with Ernest Wilson business
my business lease didn't sell new tenant brought his lease from another property (same landlord) no money was transferred now EW has given me a bill for the full amount for there services, not just advertisements they want all
have tried sorting any advice would be good many thanks
