Hi everyone pleased to meet you all my problem is that I'm being sued by a ppi company and need to write a defence. I'm not disputing the fact that I owe them money but how much and so far have paid £200 towards the debt. The evidence from the claimants includes all sorts of communications that I've not been party to and doesn't include letters of negotiation from me is there anyone out there able to help me*
