hi wanting to know if someone can point me in the right direction please......
just over a year ago my nephew was placed in my care, I now have special guardianship order. His paternal grandma has contacted me asking if her son (child's father) can telephone the child. All I was told was the father was to have indirect contact, which i took as letters, cards etc. now sgo is in place we have no social services etc. so feel left high and dry! does anyone know where i can contact about this indirect order, to find out the do’s and don’ts? (i forgot to mention the father in question is currently serving a prison sentence for the dv he subjected my sister to.)
