I originally requested a copy of my CCA from Intrum (HSBC Managed loan) on the 09/02/20
No acknowledgement until todays reply 09/04/20.
I have been sent 69 pages of statements, but the letter also says
further to your request for a copy of the original credit agreement, please be advised that we are unable to provide this documentation.
So, does this make it unenforceable, My hope is to stop paying for a month or so, then offer a 5% F+F settlement, in hope that i can clear this account
