My 10-year-old daughter had a terrible slip and fall in December 2019. It was her school trip day and I went to drop her to school. The trip was organized at 9 O'clock and all the children in her class reached by 8.30 am. I dropped her exactly at 8.30 and went to the office. I was on my way to the office when I got a call from Maryann her class teacher. She said as my daughter was getting inside the bus she missed a step and fell on the ground. She was taken to the nearby hospital where was examined thoroughly. At that time they said it was only a slight hit on the lower jaw but it so happened that she broke 2 of her front teeth and a small fracture on her shoulder blade. First I didn't think about the slip and fall settlements later my colleague said to file a claim as soon as possible. But I really don't know how to go about it. I was in touch with a lawyer but I don't know how to find the right one?
How to find the right slip and fall settlement lawyer?
