Hi there, I need to complete an ID1 form following my decree absolute (in order to transfer some property) and am told that I need to go into a solicitors to get my identification verified but, due to COVID, I am struggling to find a firm to agree to see me “face to face”.
i am surprised there is no other acceptable way to prove ID in this day and age? *I normally use the government gateway to prove my identification for a whole manner of things so surprised that I am apparently not able to use this service for this purpose. *Appreciate any ideas.
