              • Oh my god guys, I've found my original SAR request information and there is no default notice in the lot.

                • And although I've not got the covering letter there is a customer requested statement that is dated the 30/03/20.... Could this be my way out????

                  • Oh no I've just found the covering letter, it doesn't say it includes default notice but I wonder if that's because I've not asked for it? The SAR request asks for all information held about me and the count doesn't it

                        • Okay, so I’m a bit confused do you or don’t you have a copy of the default notice?

If you do have you posted a pic of it in the thread?

if you have where and if not can you post it?

                          • When I put in my SAR request it wasn't in any of the paperwork Tesco provided and now one has magically appeared from Lowell in November a whole 7 months later which has left me feeling sceptical. I can post the one that Lowell emailed me

                              • That default notice looks compliant to me, what I have seen of the notice of assignment it looks good and the credit agreement is complete after we first thought it may not be.

it’s rare, but on the face of it they seem to have everything they need.

I’d wait to see if they pay the hearing fee, if they do then you might have to consider your position at that stage.
