  • Making the most use of .....

    Hi

No doubt lot of people will judge that this is very wrong and you are probably right. Although let me assure I have not covered entire details with my situation but straight to the point on what I am thinking:

I have numerous problems at my workplace, which is a large organisation and I worked there for eight years. I have no sickness record and a top performer. Still things are not right and I do not just wish to switch employment without taking the benefit of ..... sickness benefit.*

My plan is to use my sickness leave to work on contracting role and still get paid for it. I have few questions.*

    1. Is this illegal? I know its unethical and wrong in every perspective but this is the option I chose to think about now in my situation. What is worst situation that can expect I get sacked if I found out. If it get sacked I don't mind during sickness leave.

    2. How do I get sickness leave for six months? I don't mind having a record on my GP system. I am healthy in all ways but how do I convince my GP that I am "mentally" sick to get six months off.

3, I am part of union and how do I get involved to speak to employer that I am sick and won't turn up to work for six months out of the blue.*

    Regards
