  • Voluntary Termination

Am looking for advice. I would like to appeal the charges I have been given following the voluntary termination of my car.
my car is almost 4 years old and I feel that the charges I have been issued with are in line with wear and tear of a vehicle of that age. When my vehicle was collected we did not sign any paperwork to confirm we agreed with the review of the car. I gave contacted the finance company to let them know I was querying the charges and they removed some of them but were unwilling to remove others. Am I still in a position to appeal this. I have a charge for excess milage which I am willing to pay and ask if I should pay this in the first instance and challenge the remaining charges.*
