Vehicle damage caused by electric gate

Hello all

I'm looking for some advice regarding vehicle damage caused by an electric gate maintained by a property management company. Unsurprisingly they're saying they're not liable for the damage.

I'd be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction with this.
