  • being sued in small claims court

help being sued in small claims court for owing (a family friend a certain amount of money),since the start it has been very complicated.jugement of order against me bailiffs clamped car with no warning no notice, did not even attempt to knock door and show id or writ (as have cctv surverliance) never recieved original claim due to claimant got the address incorect, requested for all documents in claim form proof of alledged contract stated in particulars of claim (as there isnt one) had to file my defence defending my self on a claim i had not seen all of! claimant failed to respond to request. phone call from salford money claims saying that they have the original claim form at an expense of £12.50 said they would send electronically via email asap also would be sent in post. only recieved it through post. anyway the judge set aside the case. directionsquestionaiire sent, judge allocated to small claims and hearing date set... but since then i have researched more and more and new information keeps coming to light which i have no clue on what to do about this, firstly the letter before action was completely incorrect and was basically a solicitors letter demanding i payed this money. the alledged contract stated in particulars of claim is stated (please see royal mail letters) which is a recipt of a lost letter in the post contract is non exsistance, then to shock horror confirmed with royal mail the receipt is non exsistant and never exsisted. how could this claim be approved with a false accusation no proof? apoligies for bad spelling. can anyone advise? please
