  • Applying for an Unless Order

My mum has been is the Claimant in* an MCOL which is finally going to court after over 2 years in May. The defendant has repeatedly failed to send her his bundle as ordered by the Court. Today the deadline passed for him* to send it to her and he has, again,* failed to comply. The last Court Order says that if he fails to send it to her she has to apply for 'an Unless Order by way of proper application'. I have found an application form but it says a Draft Order needs to be attached. Can we draft this ourselves or does it have to be done by a solicitor?

Thanks for any advice. My mum is 84 and is literally at the end of her tether over this case and her treatment by the Court and I don't want her to give up now
