    Notice of registered proprietor second note

    Hi,*

    Back in 2007 Welcome finance but a registered proprietor on our property.* They have never chased the debt and such and as far as I'm aware it is now statue barred.* I've just received a letter from HM Land registry to say a second note has been added by some solicitors.* I assume as Welcome are no longer trading.*

    Can anyone advise if they are allowed to do this, given the time that has passed?* I mean nearly 13 years is a long time.
