Parking fine

Could you please help I received a parking notice yesterday from Phoenix parking I pay to park on this car park and have done since 2017 payment comes out on the 1st of every month they said *the bank was reconciled at 11.20 and payment not there but there at 12.18 my parking notice said observed at 13.18 and issued at 13.45 my bank said payments go out at midnight the notice said permit expired but the permit in my car is out of date but they have not issued new permits to any of us many of my colleagues payments come out on the 1st of the month how do I stand.
