Enforcing a costs order?

Hi all, so I had a set aside hearing which went in my favour and the court ruled that if they didn’t respond within a certain time frame it would be struck off. This has now passed. The Judge also awarded me the application fee, however I have not been paid it by the other party.
Can I enforce this or not?
