Hi ,
After some help here.
Have received Penalty charge for not paying enough for a stay in a car park controlled by parking eye.
I parked in a car park, Stayed for 2 Hours 41
On exist from the car park I noticed that the signage said First hour was*Free , so on exist I entered my registration number and enetered the indicated £2 to cover the extra 2 hours I parked that were not free!
It seems even though a supported my direct appeal with Parkingeye they don't uphold my appeal and want to charge me £100 or £60 if I pay quickly!
I have now lodged my appeal with POPLA and even the evidence which they supplied to them does not make sense... see below
(Am I missing something or is this either not clear, or am I stupid , or are they stupid) and if POPLA do not uphold my case who do I go to next....... I don't feel the fine is Justified!!!!
