I have made a claim online for a small claim.*When I made the claim I agreed to use the mediation service.
The defendant defended their claim and rejected my claim but they did not respond to the request for mediation.
Since then I have received the N180 directions form and I have sent this back before the deadline.*
I have not received a copy of the defendants N180 form and I did get a reply from money claims that they have not returned their N180 form.
I wanted to find out what are the actions the will now take place and will I still be able to pursue the case in court?
