Sorry quick question. I had a dispute with a surveyor who claimed I owed him £220.*
Yesterday I got a voicemail claiming this surveyor had been paid by a builder and I now need to pay them. The builder is not a debt collector, just the guy we originally contacted who recommended the surveyor in the first place.
Is this acceptable in court? *Can I get a small claims from the builder cos he paid the original party?
