I'am having problems with getting a CCJ set aside by the Court. In brief this was a result of a accident on a roundabout I was in the left lane ( I was the sole car coming round ) ,when a woman in a Jaguar *entered the roundabout, failing to give way to the right scraped past me, causing just paint work damage to front bumper left hand side , she had paint scratches to rear of car right hand side. The lady lied in her statement ( which she done through a claim firm ) and said I was in the right hand and I pulled a cross her. My insurance supported my version. But as she racked up £10,500 bill on car hire with through the claims company she used,. This claim firm used their own Solicitors to make a claim through her husband for the car hire, with the accident in a totally different place on this time on the dual carriageway. I had legal aid with my insurance, the Solicitors they provided was useless (my Barrister never even asked me my version of events in court ). To cut long story short, as they told so many liars *in court that day, they won. My car had 4 accidents in one day, my version, ladies, her husband account and the Judges version, which was different again, no I'am not making it up. And as a result of this my Insurance had to pay out, this was in August 2019 , I did not think anything more until beginning of November when my Bank wrote to me and said they are reducing my credit card down to £500.00 due to the debt I was in( I have never been in debt in my life). They refered me to credit agency, where I discovered I had a CCJ marked as unsatisfied. I contacted my Insurance they said it was paid in time , the Solicitors provided a letter from the Claiments Solicitors, say they received the payment and we're Satisfied. I emailed the court with the details and payment letter in November, had a auto response back , do not keep sending emails ,wait for a reply. Heard nothing, sent another one in January 2020 , with a response last week , one Line sentenced " Payment made on the 11th September, your Solicitors were notified ". I emailed back stating again payment was made in time as it was due date was the 13th September and could she please tell me how to remove this. The reply was " Contact the Trust Registry , we done all we can this end". Contacted the Trust Registry, they said the Court had to contact them to get it removed. I'am a lady in her sixties on a pension, I have had my credit card reduced , I was up to January paying out money with a credit agency to see if CCJ had been removed, so that I can get credit card sorted with my bank. All of this has been very distressing, as a result of this I'am now on sleeping tablets from my doctor . Please can you help me sort this out. Thank you
