Arrested for possion of a controlled substance.

I was riding in my vehicle and my friend was driving. We were pulled and a bag was found inside the car that contained drugs. I nor my friend knew it was in there as my car was packed up for someone who was moving earlier that day. There was three others in my car that day. I had not been in the car for several days. The day I was arrested on we just jumped into the car to run 5 miles to the store. With witness statements will there be a chance to win my case on thise facts?
