hi my spannish friend worked in the uk for four years and he was settled and had bought a van on finance.
he has had to return to spain and drove the van over there, not nowing he had to get the permission from the finance company but now cant afford to return or pay for the loan. they have said he needs to return the van to the uk but he is stuck. he cant afford the payments on the van or the cost of returning the van. any advice would be appreciated.
