*Help Marston bailiffs threatening to remove my car

    Today, 06:34:AM
I have a traffic debt of with TFL and it got to Marston £356 and I arranged a repayment plan with them because I am not working and on benefit. I have been paying but missed a payment date but got up to date with it, surprisingly Marston bailiffs came to my door just when I was taking my daughter to school and wants to take my car, I talked to them and they have now increased the amount I owe with another £233, I had only £76 left and they added it up to another £311 because I missed a day of repayment. I drove off while they were still preparing to clamp my car. They called and I told them I can’t afford to pay that amount at a go but this is really sickening, it’s a nightmare. I have parked my car away from home now. What can I do I can’t afford this money anymore it’s killing me. I am a single mother with two under 16 teenagers. Lucky I got away from them when they wanted me not to take my car that they were going to clamp it till I payed the new amount. I got no letter or warning or anything saying I missed payment and they just come out like that to take my car. I am willing to continue repayment or worse pay the remaining at once but not the £233 added. I just can’t afford it. And it’s making me sick*
