Hi,
I recently found out I had a CCJ when I got a mortgage application declined - I did a credit check and found a CCJ from a parking ticket I apparently got in 2018 that I had no idea existed. I had moved out of my previous address a week earlier and hadn’t yet updated my address details on my V5/driving license etc so I can only presume that all correspondence was sent to my old address. I have a court hearing on the 17th to request that this judgement is set aside, but I’m just wondering how likely it is that I’ll be successful? If I’m not...I can’t get a mortgage....so it’s really important!!!!! I’m also wondering what to expect at court? Thanks in advance!*
