A few months ago my contract at my previous employer was terminated. There were lots of underlying reasons for this such as managers making up information about me, but I realise without proof I can't do much.
However, do I have a case with when my contract was terminated? My employment began on April 22nd 2019 and my 6 month probation would have lasted up and until October 22nd 2019. However, I did not have my probation meeting and my subsequent dismissal until October 24th. As I had worked over my probationary period, do I have any case for my former employer not following the correct procedure?
