Due to numerous PCN's-un fairly given.On intial receipt of first, *I called TFL who claimed 'non-payment'. I called Nat West Mastercard *who informed me 'no request for funds were made' I wrotre to TFL explaining this I also attached 'proof of use' of the Credit Card showing that I had used the card for parking in Town the day they claim 'non-payment'. Sent just before Christmas and convinced* it was a misunderstanding. Waiting a reply I continued to transit the CC area. The PCN's strted to arrive, in the meantime TFL replied stupidly ;you proof only covers paking' Which is exactly what I had said.. So it looks as if they dont really read our letter.I called numerous times, trying to understand why. I just went round in circles/ Every morning another. I am semi retired, have used their system since inception. My company pay CC I am responsible for fines - as you can imagine I am careful to avoid problems. 22.1.20 speaking again to TFL I finally found someone 'helpful' Listening and looking at my PCN's she said 'we have contacted you' I said 'I have received nothing/letter' she astonished me and said 'no, we emailed you but it's probably gone to Junk Mail'*How can you send something so important knowing it goes to Junk, you should have written'. Her reply 'it's not our policy' Checked my Junk Mail to find their Alerts! Following on that evening I compiled and extensive mail to TFL. Once finished I requested a receipt from their site.. When I tried to locate the mail, I could not. My heart was pounding from the stress, this had been going on since before Christmas. I called TFL and this 'sharp tounged' guy said ' it was my fault not thieir's that MY site timed out' I since found out that he'd lied to me and that it was their site that had timed out. I was so distressed, it all came on-top of me I suddenly felt my mouth 'drag followed by my right eye. I ended up in A&E 6am following morning and diagnosed with Bells Palsy. I am still paralysed on the right side, cannot work, socialise, eat or drink well*or make my way around outside. I am due at Court on 24th in Furnival Street, EC4. This has ALL been caused by Junk Mail. My daughter emailed on my behalf to inform them what had happened me. We had to chase them to ask if they had received her mail. I replied. I said' if your Alerts had come to me this way, all this could have been avoided'
