Hello, we had a home service plan ( Boiler, electricity, plumbing, ect) with a company called Certi uk, we paid our monthly premiums for 9 months the had a boiler breakdown October 2019, after contacting Certi uk several times and being promi3a engineer would attend, one never did, we soon realised that we had to source our own engineer at our own cost, because Certi uk had no intention of providing an engineer from the start, after doung alot of digging we have since found out from Companies house that Certi uk had dissolved in July 2019 but were still charging us and answering calls and promising engineers even though the company was Dissolved, Certi uk were not and are not registered with the FCA, They are still trading under the Certi banner but as HEC Facilities, from the same* business address, and the new Director of HEC Facilities has the same home address as the director of the now dissolved Certi uk, we eventually successfully got a CCJ against Certi uk before we knew they had been dissolved, so is that where our journey ends as to getting our money back or is there something we can do to escalate The CCJ , as Certi uk is now dissolved have we lost our money, any advice would be much appreciated, thankyou Steve*
