    Dissolved company on title deeds

    hi
    I had a welcome finance loan about 6 yrs ago and it has been paid fully.* It still shows up on my title deeds and I was wondering how it can be removed.* Contacted welcome and they gave me contact number for Coast finance as the debts have been passed to them as welcome is a dissolved company.* Called them and they dont have any record of me.* How can i get this removed from my title deeds as i am looking to sell my property.
