  • Worried

Hi I'm hoping someone may be able to give me some advice.*
I completed an online ppi check with allay claims.* I had previously checked fit ppi through Payplan who I have a dmp with and received a small payment with barclays so wasn't exodcted anything but I was being panicky as my cirvumstances were due to change so thought I'd try.*

I read awful reviews for allay so when I received notification of claims from them I decided not to pursue and have ignored their texts to make contact to pursue them.* However some time later I received a letter directly from Santabdar advising I may be entities to claim and was asked to sign and return a letter.* I checked the address and this was santander.* A while later I received payment.*

I've since received an invoice from allay for their commission and numerous texts since.* I've ignored them as 1. I haven't the money to pay it and 2. I felt as I hadn't authorised them to pursue the claim I wasn't due to pay it.* I appreciate I may sound silly and naive.*
Now I've received another paper invoice requesting payment or otherwise threatening court action.* I don't know if I should ask to make a payment plan conceding I have to pay or pursue the no authorisation.*
Any help would be gratefully received*

    Tia
