  • Understanding Parts of the Deed of Grant

I am reading through my deed of grant dated from 1977 but slightly confused by one section of the paragraph.

It reads "Full right and liberty (in common with the council and all others having the like right) at all times hereafter with or without vehicles or animals for all purposes connected with the enjoyment of the blue land but not for any purpose whatsoever to pass and repass over and along the access road coloured yellow on the said plan."

I am confused with the part that reads "but not for any purpose whatsoever to pass and repass over and along the access road coloured yellow on the said plan."*
Surely it contradicts as we are the blue landowners we have to pass and repass over it to enter in and out of our property via the yellow access road. Can anyone help clarify this?
