Hi.. new to the forum and wishing someone can direct me to the correct forum and help me with an issue please.
I have received a ccj from lowell, I had a some furniture and a agreement with hitachi capital. I for financial reasons at the time defaulted with payments. That was 6 years a go and has since fallen off my credit file. After a while i called them to try and make some sort of payment but never recieved a reply. this was done via a call not letter or email.
After a while i had lowell is on my credit report with an open account. Now they are going through with a ccj after the hitachi capital has come off my credit report.. I haveÂ*acknowledged the service on the 18-11-2019... I am going to send the CCA & CCR today by post. Can someone please advise what i have to do next please.....??
