My sister has recently received a court claim from Howard Cohen solicitors acting on behalf of Hoist Finance UK Holdings 3 Limited. She has returned the forms to the court lodging a defense and I also told her to send a CCA request to Howard Cohen which she did. It took them over 6 weeks to provide what looks like a standard CCA. In their letter they said, a copy of a reconstituted version of the regulated Credit Agreement with its original and varied terms and conditions is enclosed.
The CCA has no date, no name or anything else relating to my sister. How can this document be any sort of proof?
Could someone please advise if this is a legal document?
