  • Charges registered on property

My father passed away in 2008. He was the sole proprietor of his house and he left the house to his wife (my mother). The property was transferred to her after probate. She has just requested a copy of the Register of Title where she is now named as sole proprietor, however there are are 3 charges registered from the 1980s and 1990s still listed. She hasn't heard from any of the claimants since he died so will they still have to be paid if the property is sold or if she dies and leaves the house to me?

    Thanks
