Hello,
I am an individual, not a corporation or anything like that. I got a problem that the tax office does not let me appeal against tax penalties and it has been referred to the Tribunal. I need more advice than what I can get in a forum like this one. I need someone in the know to look at my papers (about 8) and advice me.
Is there anybody here who can do that or knows somebody? Please send me a message.
I cannot hire solicitors to represent me because they could end up costing me as much as what the Tax office is trying to get from me and I do not think I can claim costs. But I can pay a fee, maybe even for going to court with me.
