Hello can I have some guidance please. I have been on a DMP and all my creditors have dropped off my credit score with the exception of Capquest who bought the debt in 2012. The debt was Marbles.
Why are they still there as the debt is over 6 yrs old. They have also this last month put down a late payment on my credit score which is not true as Payplan have paid them and a payment has never been missed. They seem to be a bit of a rogue company from what I have read. Thanks in advance.
