any help would be greatly appreciated.
woke up to find my car was clamped this morning, isle of dogs, tower hamlets, fine unpaid, I had to pay £515 to get to work, what are my options to try and appeal it, I have never known about the fine until then, 6:00 am this morning, issued by the courts.
I'm not going to try and make this a really long dramatic story for everyone to read, but I am obviously pissed! but I need to know how I can win this and what I can even say to appeal it and on what grounds, from the start..? I have received no paperwork at all about this until it was clamped. they told I must have.........
