I have a question related to employment law and have actually already started a thread about my query.
Looking for guidance on alcohol related dismissal at work event whereby free bar was provided by my current employer's.
in 2015 a similar case was heard in Australian court and the employee won the case on the basis that the employer provided the open bar which led to staff inappropriate behaviour.
