Hello can you explain what a trust deed with this info means, does it allow any of the beneficiaries to force a sale if one beneficiary is living in the property. Here is what it says
A trust deed which says we the said trustees hold the said property in trust for the beneficiaries as tenants in common in equal shares and hereby agree that we will at the request and the cost of the beneficiaries transfer or assign the said property to such persons at such time or times and in such manner or otherwise deal with the same as the beneficiaries shall direct or appoint.
Point 2. The trustees for the time being of this deed shall have full power until the expiration of 21 years from the death of the survivor of the co-owners to sell mortgage charge lease or otherwise dispose of the property or any part thereof with all powers in the behalf of an absolute owner.
i want to know if the trustees are also the beneficiaries and one beneficiary and trustee lives in house that the other can force a sale at any time or this deed covers the beneficiary who still lives in the house and has lived there for 20 years
