I needed some advice on court summons that i have received for a speeding offence i committed 4 months ago. I received "single justice procedure notice" which i filled in a "Guilty Plea" along with details of my income and outgoings.
Month later i received a letter from the courts informing me that i had to attend court for full court hearing and could face 6 points on my license or possible disqualifications for between 7-56days.
I have held a clean licence for just over 13.5years and never had points on itit and have never been convicted or been in trouble with the police .
I work as sky engineer and need my license for work and getting disqualified would mean i would lose my job. Can you give any advice as what i should do and what could possibly happen as i have never been in situation like this before
