  • Court of protection

    Hi all ,
I heared about this from a friend .
We are going through court of protection for my mother who has dementia. It's been a very disheartening and year long battle with my nasty sister and social care . We would just like some advice As social care have not done a thing right and my sister has been finally abusing her and social care deem me a risk to her . This fight has become unbearable to me and my family as my sister has had my dad arrested tried to get me arrested tried to get social care involved as said we had abused my son and tried to get my partner the sack as her ultimate goal is to have controle over my mother's money . I have POA. There is so much more to this but hope that give a little window into it. . D
