  • Wills and executors

My late father inlaw died leaving a Will . Stating his wishes . All property and assers to be divided between his son and daughter.
My sister in law is the executor due to my husband passing away 3 years ago. He left 3 children.
my sister in law wishes to keep the house for herself firstly she didn't wish to pay her brothers children out until she dies. This was not agreed and that the assets should be divided asap. My sister in law has now come back devaluing the house and has not disclosed all the assets or a bank account that I know to be £40000 in it saying her dad wanTed her to have it. Should I write to her to declose the bank account or the solicitor dealing with the will. I would be interested to know what exactly is in the account as she had his bank card weeks before he died .can I ask to see bank statements 3 months before he died. It could be she has already cleaned it out.
I would be greatfully for your advice.
    regards .
