Hello first time posting!
I have a claim form from Lowell portfolio claiming a very old debt from Eon energy solutions it has less than know information just 2 references and amounts. It’s also claiming interest at 8% per annum from the date of assignment to the date of issue (limited to one year) can they claim this?
I have seen in the forum the template letter that I need to send but was just intrigued to see if you can apply interest from the assignment of the so called debt to when issued?
