Just some background first. Had an egg card that then became a Barclaycard.
last payment was May 2013 default was March 2014.
Robinson Way got in contact October 2018
sent them a “Prove it” letter, they wrote to me to say they could not supply all of the information I had requested so the confirmed it was unenforceable but they still send me a letter every month asking me to pay.
1)What can I do to get them off my back ?
2) is this now passed statute of limitations ?
