I have received a claim form from BW Legal acting on behalf of Premier Park ltd. The PCN is from February 2015 - I have had numerous letters threatening baliffs amongst other things but nothing came of it until this recent letter.As I had a valid ticket and parked in a bay I did not accept I was at fault and decided to ignore the letters however the charge of Parking in a No Parking area is the charge and one I now need to defend or risk A CCJ.
I have ackowledged it once I knew the claim form was genuine and want to defend the charge as the total for this is £270. As I have no evidence or pictures of the car and the carpark at the time of the ticket I would like some advice on what to do next.
