  • Accused of stealing 3 times

    Hello

I have literally just signed up to this page after being a member of the FB page.

    Looking for some advice please.

a few months ago my partner went shopping at a supermarket with our 18month old daughter. Upon leaving he was accused of stealing as he walked out into the car park. There was a lady shouting OI and being very rude telling him to get back into the store, a security man and another man who worked for the supermarket.
once they realized he hadnt stolen he went on his way i wrote a very long complaint email the supermarket talking about the incident and intimidation with the 3 people, the fact my daughter was there etc.

They reassured me and gave me £10 on a more card which i never used because i didnt want the money i wanted the reassurance that this would never happen again. That money is still live as i wouldnt use it out of principle.

Anyway, fast forward and we continued to shop at the store and he has been accused a further 2 times of stealing. Once when my daughter was with him again and once when he was on his own.

I have emailed this evening explaining its happened 2 more times and how i am upset and cannot understand how this keeps happening! I explained it was almost harassment!!

My question is, is there anything i can do about this? I dont have the receipts but it would have to be on cctv?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
