Hi
I parked at Downham Leisure Centre in Bromley 17th July, I was filming there for an NHS case study. I didn't notice any car park charges or terms. Apparently it's limited to a free stay of 150 minutes and I stayed for 168. They have sent me a 'Parking Charge Notice' requesting £100, reduced to £60 if I pay within 14 days. Do I need to pay? Thanks.
