Hello,
I have a CCJ against an individual and a restriction on their property.
They owe me over £10k in unpaid rent and damage to a piece of land/gates etc.
They are extremely evasive and have a gated property. High Court Enforcement Officers have never been able to get past the gates.
I am not thinking of completing a form N316 Order That Debtor Attend Court for Questioning but will this be valid if it is delivered to the post box at the gated property - i.e. not given 'in hand' to the person in question or a person at the property?
Thanks.
