    hi everyone
    my dad recently passed away he had made a will for his property my mother has life tenancy in the house and I take over the land with immediate effect my grandad applied for the planning to erre4ct the house in 1967 if was approved property was built and finished in 1972 my fathers name is on the deeds only as this was done before they got married in 1973 my mother had a property which she was in arrears with the mortgage have letter to prove she needed work done on the property before she could sell it which my dad had done and he paid for letters and receipts to prove my mother is now trying to claim under the inheritance act 1975 that she contributed towards the purchase of the property and for a declaration as to the extent of her beneficial interest in the property I am his only daughter and have a half sister can I lose the lot
