Had a no fault claim (driver hit my parked car) and decided to deal direct with their insurers. They accept liability, but refuse to a) reimburse me all my repair costs, which means I have not been able to get my car fully repaired, b) my future hire car costs (not credit hire) vehicle needed for my job if and when my car goes back to complete the repairs, c) my earnings lost through the hours it took me to deal with the insurers, the repairers, and the hire car firm, d) the claim for £5.20 for my PAYG mobile calls, and e) about £25 in taxi fares necessary to get to and from the car hire firm / repairers. They now say I must provide them with receipts for all this. I have started a small claims, and they sent a defence but don't say which of my claims they agree or deny. All thought and advice welcome. Thank you
